New: the FirstAboard connector for Claude

Run your client onboarding just by asking Claude.

Connect your own Claude to FirstAboard and hand it the busywork. Ask it to send the fact-find, chase what’s missing, pull the income off payslips, update the file and push the fact-find to Salestrekker, all from one conversation.

Free for a limited time, connector included. You’ll need your own Claude account.

Morning! Who’s still waiting on documents?

FirstAboard · Checked your client files

Two files still need something:

  • Priya Shah: 3 months of bank statements
  • Jordan & Casey Lee: Casey’s last two payslips

The Reids have everything in, and their credit guide is signed. Want me to send reminders?

Yes please. And ask the Lees for their council rates notice too.

What you can hand over

74 tools. One conversation.

Claude can use 74 tools inside FirstAboard, from the first invitation to your CRM. Ask the way you’d ask a good assistant.

Invite

Send Jordan and Casey Lee the fact-find.

Claude sets up the invitation, joint applicants included, each with their own email, SMS and private link. It starts as a preview, and goes when you say go.

Chase

Who’s still missing documents? Chase them up.

Claude checks each file’s document checklist, tells you what’s outstanding and lines up reminder emails, or document requests by email and SMS.

Income

What does Casey earn?

Claude asks FirstAboard’s payslip reader to pull the income off an uploaded payslip, ready for you to check and confirm.

Check

Is the Shah file ready to go?

Claude walks the file: what’s answered, what’s uploaded and what’s signed. It can give you a download link for the signed credit guide, the signing certificate or the compliance pack.

Update

Add their son Max as a dependant, and note that we met today.

Claude keeps the file current: contact details, dependants, a second applicant and your meeting notes, without you opening a single screen.

Send to your CRM

Send the Lees to Salestrekker.

Claude previews what’s going across, then pushes the fact-find and your compliance notes into your Salestrekker deal when you say go. Documents stay in FirstAboard. It can link the client’s Quickli scenario too.

Your set-up, too

Ask Claude to update your business profile, client email wording, reminder schedule or document requirements, or to refresh your credit guide with your latest details.

The whole deal, one conversation

From fact-find to Salestrekker, compliance notes and all

The part of the job that used to eat an afternoon. Pick the loan, and Claude does the write-up and the data entry.

  1. 1

    Read the deal

Claude reads the client’s fact-find and links their Quickli scenario to the file, so the numbers are one click away.

  2. 2

    Write the compliance notes

Once you’ve picked the loan, Claude drafts all eight compliance notes from the file and your meeting notes, ready for you to check.

  3. 3

    Push to Salestrekker

Claude previews the push, then on your go writes the applicants, finances, needs and objectives, product requirements and compliance notes into your Salestrekker deal. Nothing is lodged.

Choose what Claude can do

You see this when you connect

  • See your business settingsAlways on
  • See your clients and their fact-finds
  • Get your clients’ documents
  • Change client files
  • Change your settings
  • Email or SMS your clients
  • Send client files to your CRM

Untick anything you’d rather keep to yourself. Simplified from the real screen.

You choose the permissions

Everything starts ticked, so untick anything you’d rather keep to yourself. Without “Email or SMS your clients”, Claude can’t send a client a message itself.

See it before it goes

Anything going to a client or your CRM starts as a preview of what’s being sent, who it’s going to and how. Claude checks with you, then sends when you say go.

A record of what was done

We keep a record of what’s done through the connection: the tool, the client file and the time. Changes, messages, file views and document links also show in your activity log, marked “via Claude”.

Switch it off any time

Disconnect in Settings, Connected apps, and Claude’s access stops from then on.

Connect in three steps

A one-time set-up. After that, Claude is ready whenever you are.

  1. 1

    Get your FirstAboard account

It’s free for a limited time. Request access and we’ll set you up. Already a FirstAboard broker? Skip to step 2.

In Claude’s settings, add a custom connector and paste this address:

  3. 3

    Sign in and choose permissions

Claude sends you to FirstAboard to sign in. Everything starts ticked: untick anything you’d rather keep to yourself, allow, and start asking.

You’ll also find the address, and every live Claude connection, in FirstAboard under Settings, Connected apps.

Questions brokers ask

Do I need a paid Claude plan?

You need your own Claude account, on a plan that lets you add a custom connector. FirstAboard is free for a limited time, and the connector costs nothing extra.

Which Claude apps does it work with?

It’s built for Claude on the web at claude.ai, which is where we’ve tested it. Apps on your own computer, such as Claude Code, can connect with the same address. Each one is a separate connection that you approve.

Can Claude message my clients without me?

Every email or SMS starts as a preview, and Claude checks with you before it sends. If you’d rather Claude never sends messages itself, untick “Email or SMS your clients” when you connect.

What can’t it do?

It can’t send documents out for signing, apart from the credit guide that goes to a second applicant it adds, and your CRM logins never pass through it. And the advice stays with you: Claude helps with the paperwork, but what you recommend is your call.

Can Claude get things wrong?

Yes. Claude is an AI assistant and it can make mistakes. Check what it tells you and what it changes, the same way you would check a new team member’s work.

How do I switch it off?

In FirstAboard, go to Settings, Connected apps. Disconnect one connection, or switch off Claude connections altogether, and access stops from then on.

Spend your day on clients, not chasing.

FirstAboard is free for a limited time, with the Claude connector included. Request access and we’ll get you set up.
